1. Who we are
Ntrino (“Ntrino,” “we,” “us”) is operated by [legal entity name]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Ntrino is
Ntrino is an AI study mentor. It coaches students through their own work with questions and hints rather than supplying finished answers. It is an educational aid — not a tutor service, not a substitute for a teacher, and not a source of professional, medical, legal, or mental-health advice.
3. Who can use it
Parents and guardians may create an account and enroll their children. College students and other adults may enroll themselves only if they are 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including a student's age.
4. Your account
Keep your password confidential and your contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Free trial, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed per enrolled student, per month, at the price shown at sign-up. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method when the trial begins, and you are not charged until the trial ends; the subscription then renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Ntrino to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to extract complete graded answers in order to misrepresent them as your own where prohibited, or to misuse, probe, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI limitations
Ntrino's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI output.
8. Safety monitoring
To help keep students safe, conversations may be automatically reviewed for signs of distress, and a parent or account owner may be alerted. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its content, and its branding belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using Ntrino at any time, and we may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
