Elara

AI project architect

Describe the outcome you want. Elara turns it into a goal with milestones and checks, then runs a team of AI agents until those checks pass. Elara proposes; you confirm.

[01] How it works

From an idea
to checked work.

For people building software projects, Elara brings planning, building, and verification into one coordinated workflow.

  1. 01

    Describe the outcome.

Elara asks you questions first, then drafts the goal: its objective, milestones, the checks that prove each one, and its limits. You approve it before work begins.

  2. 02

    The team does the work.

The Architect plans tasks and fixes, the Builders do the work, and the Reviewer approves each milestone. Elara keeps them moving through the goal.

  3. 03

    Checks decide “done.”

Checks run real tests, look for files, call web pages, and ask for review. A goal is complete only when its checks pass and the Reviewer signs off.

[02] An example goal

What a goal
looks like.

Every goal is written down before any work starts: what “done” means and the checks that prove it. You review the milestones, checks, and budgets, then approve the goal; nothing runs before that.

A goal in Elara before approval: two milestones for a field service scheduler, each with the checks that prove it, from a test command and a file to a web check and a reviewer’s judgment.

[03] What makes it different

Your direction.
Your decisions.

Elara does the routine work. It comes back to you for the decisions that matter, and it never decides on its own that the work is finished.

  1. 01

    Progress is measured, not claimed.

A model saying “done” is not evidence. The finish line is set before work starts, and only passing checks and the Reviewer’s sign-off can reach it.

  2. 02

    Real decisions stay with you.

Elara asks about money, security, personal data, credentials, scope, deploying, pushing, and deleting. No model can approve, extend, or restart its own work.

  3. 03

    Limits you set.

Every goal has a due date or a running-time limit, and each run has a usage allowance.

  4. 04

    Your code, in your tools.

Each goal gets its own branch and each milestone a commit. Projects open and run the usual way in Visual Studio, VS Code, and JetBrains.

  5. 05

    Your choice of AI models.

You choose the model for each role, from providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI, or a custom endpoint.
